Challenges.
In this project there were many challenges, from logistics to technical support. The institution needed to purchase many products manufactured in different countries, deliver them to different labs located in remote areas, and make sure they would be installed and supported locally.
Solution.
Our team of professionals were available since the beginning of this project to make sure each equipment would be configured correctly for each specific application. There was a total of 35 high-quality equipment manufactured in 7 different countries that were brought together into the US for consolidation and shipped to each institution in Brazil. Technicians were then sent to each location to install and train the end-users. The entire process was executed under the full responsibility of New Route, including customs clearance and all the bureaucratic procedures involved in an international acquisition at this magnitude.
Result.
We managed to bring a lot of agility and economy to the institution, as well as minimize any operational risk involved in such purchase process. Small labs in remote areas are now well-equipped and producing cutting-edge research.
