Our team of professionals were available since the beginning of this project to make sure each equipment would be configured correctly for each specific application. There was a total of 35 high-tech equipment manufactured in 7 different countries that were brought together into the US for consolidation and shipped to each institution in Brazil. Technicians were then sent to each location to install and train the end-users. The entire process was executed under the full responsibility of New Route, including customs clearance and all the bureaucratic procedures involved in an international acquisition at this magnitude.
